Updated V2.02

Made the below changes:

• Changed Rhys' starting level from 20 to 1.
• Removed the useless extra attack option in battle screen.
• Added a Monitor map for Aquatica (frozen and un-frozen).
• Added Escapipe functionality to all dungeons.
• Added proper spells to all characters.
• Fixed an issue with the boat by Rysel not being present after fixing the weather.
• Added a door to the Ilan technique shop.
• Added Weapon descriptions which include how the weapons affect damage output.
• Certain weapons and armor now grant techniques, including upgraded versions of already known techniques.
• Changed Gra from a Healing type skill to a Melee skill.
• Fixed a few doors / stairs that did not take the player to the correct places.
